CookingOils is a cooking reference. Smoke points are published ranges, not guarantees: the same oil smokes at different temperatures depending on how it was refined, how old it is and how often it has been heated. Use your eyes and nose as well as the table, and take normal care around hot oil.
CookingOils Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refunds.
