CookingOils has no account, no advertising and no analytics SDKs.
Your kitchen log is stored on your device using Apple SwiftData. It is not sent to us.
When you ask the oil coach a question, the app sends only the oil you are viewing (its name, tradition, role and smoke point), the text of your question, and Apple's identifier for this app on your device. That identifier is hashed on arrival and used for one purpose: counting the three free asks a day. It is not linked to you, it is never stored alongside your question, and the count is discarded after two days. Questions themselves are not stored at all.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
